Gates Service Plan Explained:
Regular servicing of your vehicle pays long term dividends to you with increased reliability, performance and value. Gates Service Plan is designed to enable you to pre-pay for your future service requirements and not be affected by future parts and labour price increases. Gates service plan is an optional extra and entitlement to service will be indicated on your registration form and will run for the number of services shown, at the time and mileage stipulated by the manufacturer.
What is covered:
All parts and labour costs associated with performing the manufacturer’s scheduled service only. Excludes wear and tear items and manufacturers or Gates additional recommended service items such as; Brake Fluid Change, Coolant Change, Fuel Additive, Air Conditioning Service or Treatment and Cambelt renewal.
Gates service plan represents an agreement between you the customer and your supplying dealer for the provision of service. Frank. G. Gates Ltd have appointed Warranty Administration Services Ltd (WAS), to manage this agreement. Warranty Administration Services will make sure that you receive the best possible service.
Your Responsibilities:
Your only responsibility is to ensure that you book your car in for a service at your supplying dealer, when a service is due and hand your Gates Service Plan booklet to the receptionist. If you are unsure of the service intervals please ask your Gates Service Department.
