Ford Accident Management is a free service offered to all Ford customers, regardless of vehicle age.

It is available to customers 24/7, 365 days a year.

By calling Ford Accident Management first, we will:

  • Recover your vehicle if it cannot be driven, free of charge
  • Provide you with a Ford courtesy car (even if this is not included in your insurance policy)
  • Liaise with your insurance company and process the claim.
  • Complete your claim form
  • Repair your Ford at a Ford Accident Repair Centre where genuine Ford parts will be fitted by Ford trained technicians. Ford repair methodes will be followed and panel warranty maintained.
