At Gates we are fully aware that a vehicle out of use for any period of time can cause major inconvenience to the owner and an insurance claim handled incorrectly can incur unnecessary costs. We will therefore always endeavour to make this experience as easy and trouble free for you as possible.
All estimates and repairs are carried out at our Stevenage Bodyshop. A nominal charge of £10 is applicable on all estimates. This charge will be refunded when repairs are carried out and completed by Gates.
Gates of Letchworth: Minor damages are estimated on site by R Harradine (service manager) and major repairs are referred to Stevenage. By appointment only.
