Gates of Harlow win 2016 Ford Chairman's award

Gates of Harlow were recently awarded with the 2016 Chairman's award for Service. The award, which Ford run annually, rewards dealers who deliver outstanding performance.

The Chairman's award programme is open to all Car and Transit Centre dealers nationwide and measures the levels of customer service provided.

Gates of Harlow recently moved into the brand-new flagship FordStore on Edinburgh Way having been trading from temporary facilities since April 2016.

John Belton, Director at Gates of Harlow, said: "Ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with the service that they receive is of paramount importance to us". John continues: "We are therefore delighted that the hard work of the service team here, particularly in difficult circumstances due to ongoing building work on-site, has been recognised by winning such a prestigious award."
