We are looking for a Communications Executive at our Stortford dealership

We are looking for a dynamic, flexible individual to join our team providing effective front line support for our Sales and Service departments, via the use of telephone, email and live chat website system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound service, sales, and post sale follow-up calls.
  • Responding to questions and enquiries through our website live chat system.
  • Obtaining customer information and maintenance of customer databases.
  • Assisting in ad-hoc sales and service campaigns.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Confident
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good IT skills


Working hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Location Stortford
Benefits 24 days holiday per annum, full pension after qualifying period
