We are looking for a dynamic, flexible individual to join our team at Gates of Stevenage, providing effective front line support for our Sales and Service departments, via the use of telephone, email and live chat website system.
Outbound service, sales, and post sale follow-up calls.
Responding to questions and enquiries through our website live chat system.
Obtaining customer information and maintenance of customer databases.
Assisting in ad-hoc sales and service campaigns.
Confident, with excellent communication skills.
Excellent telephone manner.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good IT skills.
Working hours Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm
Salary £7.83 per hour
Benefits 25 days holiday per annum, full pension after qualifying period
