The Big September Switch Event – Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter is Frank G Gates Ltd (“the Promoter”).
  2. The Big September Switch Event (“Event”) is available from 10 September 2026 to 13 September 2026 inclusive at Gates dealerships only(“Promotion Period”).
  3. Customers who purchase an eligible vehicle during the Event may receive a saving of between £750 and £3,000, in addition to applicable manufacturer promotions and offers.
  4. This saving is subject to vehicle eligibility, availability and the specific terms of the offer applicable to the vehicle purchased. The saving may not be available on every vehicle, derivative or specification.
  5. Manufacturer promotions, finance offers and other incentives may be subject to separate terms and conditions, eligibility criteria, deposit requirements, finance approval and/or other restrictions. Please check the applicable offer details with the applicable Gates dealership.
  6. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be used in conjunction with any other retailer-specific offer unless expressly stated.
  7. Where a vehicle is purchased using finance, finance is subject to status, eligibility and approval by the relevant finance provider. Terms, deposit contributions, APR and mileage restrictions may apply.
  8. Any part-exchange or vehicle valuation is subject to inspection and final agreement by the participating retailer. An online valuation is not a guaranteed purchase price.
  9. The Event applies only to qualifying orders placed during the Event period. Vehicle registration, collection or delivery requirements may apply depending on the individual offer.
  10. Offers are subject to availability and participating retailer stock. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend an offer where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
