Vehicle reservations can be cancelled by you at any time
within the 3 day reservation period. To cancel your reservation, you will need
to contact the sales department with whom the reservation was made. Should you choose to cancel the reservation,
you will receive a full refund of the £99 fee - please note that refunds can take up to 10 days to appear in the relevant account.

By activating the
“Reserve Online” function, your payment is a reservation fee only and does not
constitute a deposit within the meaning of the United Kingdom distance selling
rules.
The Reserve Online facility is only available to UK residents.Any
used vehicle sale can only be concluded in person at a Gates dealership through
a Sales Executive.
*Gates will note your interest in the vehicle but cannot
guarantee that the vehicle has not been sold prior to the receipt of this
fee. In the event that the vehicle is no
longer available for sale, the reservation will be cancelled and your
reservation fee will be refunded in full within the 3 day reservation
period. Gates will attempt to find a
similar vehicle and will contact you by telephone to discuss your requirements.
