
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance person required to carry out general jobs around the dealership including decorating, ground maintenance and building maintenance and repair. Key responsibility is in ensuring consistent standard of presentation throughout all staff and customer areas on a large site.
Main duties will include:
Maintenance of green areas, grass cutting, general interior/exterior cleanliness. Routine upkeep of dealership lighting and building maintenance. Ad-hoc projects also likely to be required to suit the changing needs of the business.
