Step 02 Part-Exchange If you have a vehicle that you would like to trade-in, you can use our free instant valuation tool to obtain a guide price as to what your vehicle may be worth. This can then be used against your vehicle purchase.
Step 03 Reserve or Quote Once you have found your ideal vehicle, you can reserve it online. Vehicles can be reserved for just £99 and this is fully refundable should you change your mind. You can review and adjust your finance quote according to your budget requirements.
Step 04 Relax Once details have been submitted to us, a member of the team will be in touch to talk you through the Click and Collect process.

I want to reserve online but have some queries?


A member of our team would be more than happy to discuss your queries with you. Simply contact your local Gates dealership remotely by phone, e-mail, live chat or by submitting an online enquiry form.

I have purchased through your Click & Collect facility but have subsequently changed my mind. Can I get a refund?


Yes, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all Click and Collect purchases.

How does your 14-day money back guarantee work?


When you purchase a vehicle from us through our Click and Collect facility, the cancellation period will be applicable for 14 days from the date of vehicle collection and you must clearly inform a member of the Sales Team at your local Gates dealership by phone, e-mail or letter of your cancellation request.

We will refund the purchase price in full using the same payment method made in your original transaction. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the vehicle being returned to us.

You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. You will be responsible for any loss or damage from when they are delivered to you until when they are returned to us.

You are liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods, typically encountered on a test drive. This is set out in more detail in our terms and conditions of sale.

I would like to amend or cancel my order


If you would like to amend or cancel your order, you can speak to anyone of our sales team and they will happily deal with your query .

How secure is your online deposit process?


We use a secured verified payment provider which utilises encrypted software protecting your card payment details. We do not store any of your card details.

Can I amend my collection day after I have placed my order?


We will do our best to re-arrange collection time. However, we would ask that you contact the dealership where you are due to collect from directly as they will be able to provide further clarification.


How do I get my finance settlement?


We can help you with this. One of our sales teams will be able to obtain your settlement figure. 

I have some questions regarding financing my purchase - who should I speak to?

Part Exchange

Can I use my part exchange as my deposit for my car purchase?


Yes, you can use your part exchange as all or part of your deposit towards your car purchase. However, if there is outstanding finance on your part exchange, this will have to be settled by us as part of the transaction. Any amount left after settlement of your finance can be used towards your deposit. 

What happens if my part exchange is worth more than the vehicle I want to purchase?


If your car is valued more than the vehicle you would like to purchase and there is no outstanding finance on it, we will happily give you back the difference. This would be paid after taking delivery of your new vehicle.

Is the valuation you give me for my part exchange guaranteed?


When you submit a valuation online, we will provide you with a guide price based on the vehicle condition. Please note, that this valuation is subject to a providence check and the vehicle would also need to be physically inspected by a member of our team in order for an accurate part exchange value to be confirmed.

Can I remove my part exchange from the order at any time?


Yes, you can remove your part exchange from your order at any time prior to your vehicle handover. You will though have to allow for any adjustment in your quotation if your part exchange was being used towards your deposit.

Can I part exchange two vehicles as part of my order?


Yes, if both the vehicles are owned by you, or you have the permissions of the owner to use the vehicle as part of your order. Our sales team will be able to help you in this scenario.
