We are pleased to be able to announce details in the very latest of Ford's Advance Driver Technology innovations - Ford BlueCruise*. Mustang Mach-E owners will be the first to experience L2 hands-free driving in designated "Blue Zones".
Over 95% of the country's* motorways are designated "Ford BlueZones" - in these zones, Ford BlueCruise can be activated. When automatic updates are enabled and completed on the All-Electric Mustang Mach-E, your vehicle will have the latest BlueZone routes!
You can be assured that Ford have rigorously tested Ford BlueCruise technology over 100,000 miles and consulting the authorities for driver peace of mind. Ford BlueCruise** uses the driver-facing camera, located in the instrument cluster, to ensure that your eyes are on the road before the vehicle takes control.
With the combination of speed sign recognition and adaptive cruise control** features, your speed will be automatically set to the zone detected. For example, if you are approaching a 40 mph zone from a 70 mph zone, your vehicle will slow gently. When activated, Ford BlueCruise uses Intelligent Lane Centering technology to maintain steering control between lane markings.
All Mustang Mach-E vehicles built from November 2022* are eligible for a 90-day free trial (worth £17.99~ per month).
