Gates Of Waltham Cross is expanding!

Building work has commenced to extend Gates' dealership on Eleanor Cross Road, Waltham Cross.

Gates returned to Waltham Cross earlier this year with a new dealership situated at 91-93 Eleanor Cross Road. The dealership, previously based in Enfield, provides all of the facilities that you’d expect from a Ford Main Dealer including a brand-new specialist Transit Centre. To accommodate all of these first class facilities, Gates are delighted to announce that the premises are currently being extended.

Gates re-established themselves in Waltham Cross in March 2023 having previously been located in Enfield (trading as Gates of Enfield). Now that the team have settled in to their new dealership, work has commenced on to extend the current facilities. We are delighted to report however, that despite this work, Gates of Waltham Cross remains open as usual with very little disruption.

Gates of Waltham Cross already provide a range of new Ford Cars and Vans alongside an extensive stock of Used Cars and Vans (plus instant access to additional group used stock which can also be viewed at Waltham Cross). Ford owners are also well taken care of from an aftersales perspective too with a fully-equipped workshop offering the latest diagnostic equipment and MOT testing, Ford trained technicians carrying out work to the highest standard and a fully-stocked Parts department. The extension work on the dealership however will mean that all of this and more will continue to be provided to our customers, but from more spacious premises.

Phase 1 of the building work has begun on the side of the building and will form the main part of our showroom extension. This stage is progressing well with most of the ground works for this section now done - next up will be the steel works and then the building will start to take shape! Phase 2 will see work commence on the front of the showroom - this will provide a brand-new, welcoming main entrance area.

All of the building works are due to complete during the first few months of 2024 at which point, our newly expanded showroom will also be revamped!
