On the evening prior to your appointment, you will receive a SMS message regarding your booking which will include a unique check-in link. From here, you can choose to start the check in process on your mobile phone, from the comfort of your own home should you wish to. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete the check in process prior to arrival. Then, when you visit the dealership, you will simply need to drop your keys with a member of our Aftersales team.
Alternatively, on the day of your booking, you can check in using our express Contactless Self Check-In kiosks. You'll easily be able to locate these kiosks; simply follow the directional floor stickers in the dealership. What's more, they have the following benefits:
