The Ford Pro Power Promise represents a commitment by the manufacturer and dealers such as Gates Ford to provide peace of mind and support to those commercial motorists making the switch to all-electric. This includes help with charging point installation, vehicle management software, and on-going servicing support.
To be eligible for the Ford Pro Power Promise, you should purchase a new all-electric Ford commercial vehicle by December 31st, 2025.

1. Available to eligible retail and small business customers for new vehicles contracted by 31st December 2025. Home charger applies to residential installation and customer. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the discounted charger and installation are conditional on the purchase of an eligible Ford Pro Electric Vehicle (E-Transit, E-Transit Custom and E-Courier). Customer further agrees that if the Customer cancels their vehicle order after the installation of the charger has occurred, the Customer shall be liable and pay Ford on demand for the charger and installation subsidy of £899 incl VAT. Charger design may vary. Excludes Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
2. 5 year service and roadside assistance plan includes servicing inline with the standard service schedules and vary by model. On new all-electric commercial vehicles. Wear and tear not included.
‡Battery warranty covers you if your EV battery loses capacity faster than expected (below 65% capacity).
