The Ford Pro Power Promise represents a commitment by the manufacturer and dealers such as Gates Ford to provide peace of mind and support to those commercial motorists making the switch to all-electric. This includes help with charging point installation, vehicle management software, and on-going servicing support.
To be eligible for the Ford Pro Power Promise, you should purchase a new all-electric Ford commercial vehicle by June 30, 2025.

Terms & Conditions
1. Available to eligible retail and small business Customers for new vehicles contracted between 29th April 2025 and 30th June 2025.
“Workplace Charging” applies to any non-residential installation. Workplace Charging quotes will only be provided following a site survey by Ford Pro Charging. The Customer is responsible for paying all installation costs above the £825 (incl. VAT) saving.
Customer acknowledges and agrees that the discounted charger and installation are conditional on the purchase of an eligible Ford Pro Electric Vehicle (E-Transit, E-Transit Custom and E-Courier). Customer further agrees that if the Customer cancels their vehicle order after the installation of the charger has occurred, the Customer shall be liable and pay Ford on demand for the charger and installation subsidy of £825 incl. VAT.
Home charger applies to residential installation and customer acknowledges and agrees that the discounted charger and its installation is conditional on the purchase of a Ford Pro Electric Vehicle (E-Transit, E-Transit Custom and E-Courier). Customer further agrees that in the event that the Customer cancels their vehicle order after the installation of the charger has occurred the Customer shall be liable and pay Ford on demand for the charger and installation costs £833 incl. VAT.

2. Five-year service and roadside assistance plan includes servicing in line with the standard service schedules and vary by model on new all-electric commercial vehicles. Wear and tear not included.
Battery warranty covers you if your EV battery loses capacity faster than expected (below 65% capacity).
3. Ford Pro Vehicle Management Software is complimentary for 12 months from vehicle warranty start date after which subscription charges will apply. Terms and conditions apply.
