Every new Ford Pro vehicle comes with FORDLiive†, a complimentary connected uptime system built to support maximum vehicle availability. This smart service enables eligible customers to monitor vehicle health in real time through FordPass, Ford Telematics, or Ford Telematics Essentials, while Gates Transit Service Centres access the same data simultaneously.
By sharing vehicle health insights ahead of time, we can prepare for upcoming maintenance or repairs before the vehicle even arrives at the workshop. This allows necessary tasks to be identified early, bundled efficiently, and scheduled at the most convenient time for your business. Our service centres can also ensure parts, tools, and technical expertise are ready in advance - reducing delays and keeping downtime to a minimum.

FORDLiive™ is powered by dedicated FORDLiive Centres, staffed by specialist agents who connect Ford Transit Centre Dealers directly with Ford’s technical expertise and parts network. This real-time collaboration ensures faster diagnostics, quicker access to parts, and high-level technical support - helping deliver the shortest possible turnaround times.

Check your vehicle health at a glance
Vehicle Health Alerts proactively notify you of important issues as soon as they arise, delivering timely updates directly to your app. This early warning system helps you take action before minor concerns turn into costly downtime.
Receive alerts on essential vehicle systems, including AdBlue levels, fuel and washer fluid status, brake disc condition, tyre pressure, and oil life. All critical vehicle health information is conveniently displayed in one place.
Using the My Garage section of the app, you can easily switch between vehicles in your fleet, making it simple to monitor performance, plan maintenance, and stay in control of vehicle health at all times.

Emergency Triage: In the event of a breakdown, urgent diagnostic assessments begin immediately. By analysing vehicle data in advance, we can determine the most appropriate course of action to support continued mobility. This proactive approach allows repairs to be accelerated through better preparation, improved diagnostics, and ensuring the right parts and expertise are ready when the vehicle arrives.
