Vehicle Health Checks and Ford Video Check
Whilst your vehicle is with us for servicing or repair, we will check key safety elements such as tyres, oil level, brake pads and other components of your car, providing a comprehensive visual health check report on our findings.
What’s more, Ford Video Checks are now available and being carried out at all Gates servicing Centres providing even more clarity on the checks carried out. The 30-point electronic vehicle health check report uses a simple traffic light system to indicate the condition of each area that has been checked. The Ford Video Check is free of charge and can be sent straight to your phone or tablet so that you too get to see what our Ford trained technician has seen. A competitive estimate is provided for any work recommended – there is, of course, no obligation to have the work done. Work is only carried out on your vehicle with prior approval from you.
