FORDLiive is an integrated suite of products designed to minimise vehicle downtime and to provide support for the Ford Commercial Vehicle network. It is available when you activate your vehicle modem either through the FordPass Pro app or one of the comprehensive Telematics packages. Once this has been activated, any required work can be identified remotely by the FORDLiive team and a schedule of work can be arranged with you, for your convenience, to ensure that matters are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
