With the Ford app, you can also set up your local Gates dealership as your "preferred dealership". By doing so, you'll get quick and easy access to lots of useful information such as opening hours, available dealership services and facilities, as well as being able to book your Ford vehicle in with us.
You'll also be able to view your Digital Service record and have access to our special aftersales offers.

Most New Ford Cars and Vans are fitted with the FordPass Connect modem. You can view the range via the links below:
To check if your vehicle has this functionality, go to the "Settings" section of your vehicle's SYNC navigation screen and look for a FordPass Connect tile.
If your vehicle is fitted with the in-built FordPass Connect modem, you will need to download the FordPass app and activate it. Our video above provides a handy guide on how to do this. The team at your local Gates Ford dealership will be happy to help you to activate it if you require any further assistance.
Unfortunately, there is currently no option to upgrade a vehicle to include FordPass Connect. The feature is only available on selected new Ford Cars and Vans which have the technology built in.
