While the Gates Uptime Service is designed to identify potential issues, it is a monitoring service only and does not guarantee that all faults
will be detected or that a breakdown will not occur. Gates shall not be liable for any mechanical failure, breakdown, or costs (including
consequential loss) resulting from issues not detected by the service.
*Reductions in breakdowns and potential cost savings are based on the early identification of issues which, if left unaddressed, could lead to
more significant repairs. Actual results may vary based on vehicle usage, age, and adherence to regular maintenance schedules. This service does
not replace the need for regular manufacturer-scheduled servicing.
**Fault detection is dependent on the vehicle’s cellular connectivity and the transmission of data. Certain faults may not be detectable via remote
monitoring.
