The New Ford Fiesta Sport Van has been revealed and the forthcoming compact van, with it's enhanced exterior design, also comes fully equipped with new technology that makes driving a pleasure and ensures that business productivity is maximised.
The New Ford Fiesta Sport Van shares it bodyshell with the three door New Ford Fiesta, but with the added benefit of a durable rear load floor, four tie-down points and a full-height bulkhead with steel mesh upper half. What's more, despite being compact, it is definitely practical and boasts gross payload of up to 531kg with a 1,283mm maximum load length giving a 0.96m load volume.
It is available in two different trim levels, Trend and Sport each offering their own distinctive features and options.
The New Ford Fiesta Sport Van delivers excellent fuel efficiency with EcoBoost Hybrid 48-volt mild hybrid and EcoBoost petrol powertrains. The 125PS EcoBoost Hybrid models feature a belt-driven integrated starter/generator (BISG) in place of the standard alternator and this enables the recovery and storage of energy usually lost during braking to charge a 48-volt lithium-ion, air-cooled battery pack.
All available New Fiesta Sport Van models come with standard LED headlights and there is also the option for Matrix LED headliights which are able to adapt their beam depending on driving conditions. A new "Parking Pack" is also available so you'll never need to worry about manoeuvring those tight spaces with Active Park Assist and a rear view camera to help you along the way. Other available technologies for the New Fiesta Sport Van include Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Spot Information System with Cross Traffic Alert and Active braking to name but a few.
When you opt for the SYNC 3 infotainment system, you'll also benefit from the onboard FordPass Connect modem which enables a suite of tools that will boost productivity and help ease you through the working day. This will include remote unlocking and data-driven maintenance alerts through the FordLiive connected uptime system delivered via the FordPass Pro mobile app or Ford Telematics.
