What is WLTP?

The Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicles Test Procedure - or WLTP - is a new emissions testing procedure that all new cars sold in the EU must comply with. The WLTP is designed to provide more accurate data on a car's fuel consumption and emissions, and is considered to be a more realistic representation of real-world driving conditions in comparison to previous testing procedures - namely the NEDC.

At Gates Ford, we understand the importance of the new WLTP standards and are committed to ensuring that all of our vehicles comply with these regulations. Our range of vehicles has been carefully engineered to meet the strict emissions requirements set out by the WLTP, and we are proud to offer a wide selection of efficient and environmentally friendly vehicles.

In addition to our commitment to meeting the WLTP standards, we are also dedicated to providing you with the best possible service and support. Our team of experienced and knowledgeable staff are always on hand to answer any questions you may have about the WLTP regulations and how they may affect your driving experience.

Whether you're looking for a new car or simply want to learn more about the WLTP standards, Gates Ford in Essex, Hertfordshire and Greater London is here to help. With our extensive range of vehicles and our commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service, you can be sure that you're in safe hands with Gates.
