The
“
hello" zone provides a welcoming
and friendly introduction to the FordStore experience. Whatever your vehicle requirement, whether
you are interested in purchasing a Ford vehicle or using the expansive
Aftersales facilities, you are guaranteed a warm welcome.
The
“
relax" zone offers a friendly,
relaxing environment with comfortable seating, free Wi-Fi and refreshments. So
during your visit, you can choose to relax, work or simply enjoy the digital
displays as you wait.
The “ discover" zone is the place for visitors to get to know Ford's remarkable technologies and explore the vehicle range. The discovery experience is designed to be enjoyable, interactive and fun whether exploring Ford independently or with one of Gates' experienced Sales Executives. Found within the “discover" zone is the impressive “ power wall"- consisting of nine 55" screens, the HD quality power wall provides a highly immersive experience, allowing customers to configure and explore their chosen vehicle.
The “care" zone provides a welcoming and friendly environment for Aftersales customers complementing the zones within the showroom area.
Demonstrating the various Ford products and services is a big part of our new FordStore, allowing our customers to learn and research like never before. Our FordStore has a dedicated "discover" zone equipped with a variety of technology to assist visitors in finding the information they want. Computers and tablets are on offer which can be used to view the entire Ford new car and van range, to read more about the technology in each, see what each vehicle looks like in different colours and configure your own. You can also view our entire used car stock without needing to leave the comfortable seating that's available throughout. We also have extensive media content on our YouTube channel which can be viewed via these devices whilst enjoying a hot drink.
The new Ford vehicle range is available to view and test drive as you would expect, grouped within relevant “family" displays to make it easier to oversee and compare models, and new product areas have also been introduced as part of the FordStore experience. Two new headline vehicle displays have been implemented within the showroom complete with spotlight-style halo lighting and flooring, including a dedicated ST Zone offering more information on popular sports models such as the Fiesta ST and Focus ST.
The Ford range already delivers substantial levels of quality, comfort and style to our customers however, the new Vignale range provides the highest level of quality ever seen within the brand. Premium materials, luxurious design and immaculate construction ensure our Ford customers enjoy a new level of driving experience.
The new Vignale range includes the new Ford Kuga Vignale, the new Ford Mondeo Vignale and the new Ford S-MAX Vignale, the Ford Galaxy Vignale and the All-New Ford Fiesta Vignale. Each vehicle will incorporate dynamic exterior styling as well as the latest safety and media technology available from Ford. Vignale is not just about high quality craftsmanship, it's about the experience. Vignale customers have their own Vignale area with comfortable seating as well as a dedicated relationship manager for a more exclusive experience that's only available to Vignale customers.
