Review jobcards for information, seek more information when required, and inform customer on progress.
Undertake and complete involved and complex repairs.
Liaise with prior approval/Ford technical support when assistance is required or pre-diagnosis completed.
Take responsibility for ensuring all jobs are completed within agreed time frames and that a high level of department productivity is maintained.
Replace components, parts, lubricants and consumables and record usage.
Adhere to strict Health and safety guidelines at all times.
Successful applicant will be a minimum of 50% productive and is further incentivised by the overall department productivity and the monthly customer satisfaction score.
A successful track record within a similar role, ideally within a franchised dealership environment.
Minimum NVQ level qualification (or equivalent)
The capability to work within a highly successful team.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
